Due to overwhelming demand since the fall team selections, Long Island Express is proud to announce the addition of a spring tryout for all players currently not playing in the Express program. New teams will be formed.

The details are as follows:

• Eligible Teams: 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021
• Tryout Date: March 25th
• Time: 12pm - 2pm
• Location: St Dominics (directions)

This opportunity will allow players interested in being part of the Express the chance to experience the highest quality lacrosse training and development from the best coaching staff on Long Island. The Express is very proud of its proven record for college recruiting and would like continue to offer that opportunity to all of its members.

DIRECTIONS

To the Charles Wang Athletic Fields in Muttontown:

• From the L.I.E., take exit 41N to route 106 and continue as below
• From Northern State, take exit 35 north to route 106 and continue as below

Take Exit 41 North on the Long Island Expressway or Exit 35 North from the Northern State Parkway (Route 106/107 Northbound). Fork to the right onto Route 106 northbound after passing Route 25 (Jericho Tpke.). Take Route 106 north to Route 25A (Northern Boulevard) and make a left onto Route 25A. The playing fields are on your left immediately after the first traffic signal. There is a left-turn lane at the entrance to the fields.
