IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT BOOKING ROOMS

1. Reservations should be made as soon as possible as rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
2. All reservations are to be made directly with the hotels.

Lax by the Sea,  New Egypt, NJ - June 16

Teams: 2017 Orange, 2017 Blue, 2018, 2019

Tournament is a one day tournament on June 16.  If you do not wish to drive back and forth in one day, recommendation is to find local accommodations for the night of June 15.  No block is being formed for this tournament. Parents will be on own for individual reservations.

Tournament Mandated Hotel Policy:  All hotel reservations must be made as instructed below.  Hotels have been instructed by the tournament NOT to allow individual reservations.   Any team that does not make their reservations through THS will not be accepted into the IWLCA Champions Cup.

Terms and Conditions:
1) The cut off for the hotels has passed.  Any parents that still need to make reservations have to call in and speak to a THS reservation specialists over the phone.  Once the rooming list due date has passed parents can no longer make reservations through the website, but THS can continue to make reservations as long as the hotel is not sold out.

The team assignments and pass codes are listed below. If you wish to stay with your team please provide the hotel information to the THS reservation specialists to see if rooms are still available in the hotel. Let them know you are with Long Island Express.

2) You may only hold up to 3 rooms under one name. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL as to how many rooms you reserve. There is a penalty to dropping rooms in the block after 4/30/2012. After 4/30/2012, one night's room and tax charge will be assessed to each cancelled reservation if the over all block cancel more than 20% of the total confirmed room nights. This includes people who decide to change their travel plans once the schedules are out.

3) As an individual - once rooms are confirmed, you may modify or cancel reserved rooms up until 12 noon on 6/12/2012 - as long as it does not exceed the 20% team cancellation allowance. If LIE exceeds the 20% cancellation allowance, all cancelled rooms will be charged one night's room and tax.

4) The Minimum Length of Stay for this hotel is 1 consecutive night(s) per room.

5) This hotel requires a deposit of one night's room and tax for each room, in the form of credit card number(s). The hotel will charge the card  30 days prior to arrival.

6) If there is an invalid credit card number, LIE will be notified and requested to provide a valid card number, which must be provided within 24 hours of THS’s notice or else the hotel will release the room.

The hotels assignments are meant to help keep teams together. If you do not want to stay at your suggested team assignment hotel or it is filled please book in another hotel listed.

Check in: See below for your playing times to determine your hotel needs:

• 2015s/Youth (2016,2017,2018) : Play starts at 2pm on Friday and concludes midday on Saturday
• 2013s/2014s: Play starts Saturday morning roughly around 11am and concludes on Sunday at 6:30pm

There is no specific room block set up for Long Island Express. All room blocks are under: the CHALLENGE Room block.  These blocks sell out quickly do not wait to make reservations. Better to cancel if need be.

Tournament info suggests that all divisions will have an afternoon start which hopefully requires a ONE night hotel stay. At this time no schedule posted  - Your age group is showing to play Friday and Saturday

Tournament Mandated Hotel Policy:
Statement from Tournament:  All out of town teams that participate in the 2012 Club National  Lacrosse Tournament must make their reservations through the housing service that is being provided by the Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, MD. Please do not contact hotels directly. Any team that reserves directly with a hotel will not be accepted to the tournament and will not be provided a refund of registration fees.

All rooms in this block are King + pullout rooms

All rooms for this tournament,  in a decent vacinity to the tournament,  are already pre blocked and booked by Synapse Sports the tournament organizers travel company.  You are welcome to try and stay where ever you can find a room if this hotel does not meet with your needs.  There is no penalty or stay to play policy for you to reserve on your own.
