IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT BOOKING ROOMS
- To get the block and group rates you must ask for the room block for LONG ISLAND EXPRESS
- Reservations should be made as soon as possible as rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
- All reservations are to be made directly with the hotels.
- Hotel assignments have been made in an effort to keep teams together. If you are closed out of one hotel please try one of the others on the list.
- Group rates are guaranteed until block sells out and will not be available after cut off dates.
- Mercer County Trilax tournament is very popular. All hotels sell out each year. If you are going to cancel your room please contact Jill Adler prior to cancelling. Chances are Jill will have a wait list. Likewise, if you want a specific hotel and can’t get in or need a hotel contact Jill for alternate arrangements or to be placed on a wait list.

Please carefully read the following Sport Teams Accommodation Inc. Rules:
1) To book rooms go online at https://events.sportaccom.com/teams/
2) Log in using the Booking ID: 6985 and Password: 32pN7d99w2
3) On the very bottom left hand corner of the page you will see "Book Rooms"
Click that link and book your individual rooms with credit card information.
4) To book offline call the toll free number 1.800.616.1533 Ext 4.You will
need the booking ID and Password handy.
5) You must book by 5-20-2012.
Any unreserved rooms after this time will be dropped.
We have been asked to not have team members call the hotel directly as this
only causes confusion with the hotels. Please Note: Hotels will not
guarantee requested rooms unless this rooming list procedure is strictly
adhered to. Hotels will endeavor to have team rooms together but this is not
a guarantee.
Any and all cancellations or changes are to be done through the housing
office at 1.800.616.1533 Ext 4. Any rooms cancelled after the stated
cancellation dates may be liable for charges per individual hotel policies.
