In order for you to confirm your spot on the roster we are requesting a payment (non- refundable) as follows:

Payment #1
$260 due on or before December 20th

Payment #2
Balance of $465 due on on or before
Town hall meeting in January 2008

Total Membership Fee
$260 + $465 = $725
(additional fees will be required for recruiting camps)

VERY IMPORTANT!
If you make the 2008 Empire Team you will receive a full refund of any monies paid towards your 2008 tuition.
